Basic Overview

The busbar inside the power distribution box usually uses copper bars as conductors, with a common cross-sectional size of 100 * 8mm rectangular copper bars. These busbars are usually installed on the upper part of the distribution box, and the output end of the power circuit breaker is connected to the busbar through the top of the screen, while the switches in the distribution circuit obtain power from the busbar. It is worth noting that there is not necessarily only one power distribution box, it can be configured with multiple units, and the busbar can penetrate between each cabinet to achieve power distribution and transmission.
The design of the busbar not only considers the requirements of electrical performance, but also takes into account the convenience of installation and maintenance. For example, busbars can be placed vertically or horizontally to accommodate different installation spaces and usage scenarios. The parallel connection method helps to improve the load-bearing capacity of the busbar, especially in the case of large capacity power distribution. Through reasonable configuration and installation, the busbar can efficiently support the operation of the entire distribution system, ensuring stable power supply.
