Common box busbar, also known as high-voltage enclosed busbar, is a metal enclosed busbar that encloses three-phase busbar conductors in the same metal outer layer. Although called high voltage bus, it is actually used in medium voltage transmission systems with AC frequency of 50-60Hz, voltage of 3.6-40.5kv, and rated current of 1000-6800A.
