Brief introduction
Epoxy resin cast tube busbar is a solid insulated tube busbar with reliable performance. It uses insulation wrinkle paper and epoxy resin as the main insulation materials. Epoxy resin is an insulation material with superior electrical performance, with a protection level of IP68 and four protection functions including waterproof, fireproof, anti-corrosion, and explosion-proof.
Firstly, use a winding machine to wrap the semi conductive corrugated paper and insulating corrugated paper around the outside of the copper tube. Then, heat and vacuum wet the preliminary insulation. Finally, use a fully automatic dual liquid mixer vacuum glue machine to immerse the epoxy resin into the insulation layer, and cure it at high temperature for more than 72 hours in an oven. Make the conductor, inner shielding layer, semiconductor corrugated paper outer shielding layer, metal shielding layer, and outer protective layer as a whole and inseparable. After the busbar is taken out of the furnace, it will undergo detailed treatment and can be installed and used after passing the test.
The main process flow of epoxy resin cast tube busbar is:

1. Made of high-performance epoxy resin, it has excellent air tightness and water tightness, with a protection level of IP68. IP68 is the highest level of protection, which can prevent dust from entering and can operate reliably for a long time even in continuous flooding.
2. Epoxy resin is a self extinguishing insulation material with a fire resistance rating of Class A and a fire resistance rating of F120. It can work in flames at 950-1000 ℃ for more than 90 minutes without interruption of the circuit, and does not contain halogens. It will not release harmful gases at high temperatures.
3. The bus duct with a metal casing cannot prevent acid rain corrosion, and corrosive gases and even corrosive liquids generated by chemical plants can splash onto electrical products. This requires the busbar to have anti-corrosion performance. The vacuum epoxy resin poured tubular busbar has excellent anti-corrosion performance, can withstand a mechanical impact of 6 joules, ensures safe use, and has good explosion-proof performance.
The use of the product is not limited by altitude; Can work in an environment of minus 40 ℃ for a long time without cracking the epoxy resin; Can be used for a long time in indoor and outdoor environments with the highest pollution level (level 4), with a lifespan of up to 30 years.
